The Baby Yoga Sessions

Have you heard about Baby Yoga and are wondering if it's for you?
Are you a bit apprehensive as you're not really into Yoga?
Are you a confident Yogi and super keen to practice some yoga with your baby?
Have you completed a Baby Massage Course and naturally want to progress to Baby Yoga?
My name is Lucy Johns, I'm a qualified, insured and experienced Instructor and I have created these four fun Baby Yoga Sessions for you to experience with your baby.
These sessions are not Yoga for Mother and Baby. They are primarily Yoga moves and poses for your baby with a couple of Yoga 'inspired' stretches for you.
Suitable from around 8 weeks to pre-crawling
